Meet Citizen Collab:
a new 501(c)(3) dedicated to ensuring all of Western New York is educated and engaged in the civic sphere.
Founded in 2022 to address low election turnout rates and a lack of coordinated outreach efforts, Citizen Collab is focused on promoting voter engagement in the WNY community. Through non-partisan voter outreach, education, and coalition-building, Citizen Collab hopes to create a more involved and educated electorate in Western New York.

How We Make Progress Towards Our Mission
Voter Contact Volunteer (VCV) Program
The VCV Program trains and deploys volunteers to support nonpartisan voter engagement efforts across Western New York. VCVs engage community members by utilizing direct voter contact strategies.
Civic Education Trainings & Workshops
The Civic Education program educates and informs individuals, partner groups, and the public on civic engagement and activation. Our goal to increase democratic citizenship development for community members at all stages.
Buffalo-Niagara Get Out The Vote (GOTV) Coalition
The BN GOTV Coalition brings together nonpartisan organizations, campuses, and community partners across Erie and Niagara Counties to coordinate voter registration, education, and turnout efforts.
